I'm not a huge fan of Harleys. So if I rate a Harley dealer 5 stars you know it's top notch. Good prices, no pressure sales team, and a decent selection. If you are a Harley guy or girl, go check it out. Plus it's right next to the new tanger outlet mall

Great staff. Friendly atmosphere. Great place to relax and unwind for a few on a ong trip and see some new Harleys.

I have been in the car business for years but have never purchased a Harley Davidson before. I have heard the horror stories which held me back from even setting foot into a dealership. I met Rob Miller when he bought a car from my dealership and all that changed. He was very informative, inviting, and accommodating. When I arrived he was direct, professional, and courteous. He shot me a solid deal on the first pass and made it simple. He also was able to beat my credit union's financing rate saving me even more. To top it off he got my new bike in service himself even checking the tire pressure and making sure it was ready for me and my daughter to ride home. Keep in mind this is a General Sales Manager of a store and I still got a high level of personal service. I was given a tour of the dealership. I got to look at accessories with an adorable blonde midget named Aubrey, brought to parts to pick out goodies for my new bike, and then to service to meet the team. I walked out spending more than I wanted to, go figure, but I have the bike of my dreams. If you are on the fence about getting a HD go to Northstar, ask for Rob, and get what you deserve!

Nice polite staff, high quality used bikes all look almost new, only wished had more inventory on used bikes.

I recently had a very positive experience with your service department at your north location. I wanted to share this because I can not believe the extent your staff went to repairing my 2002 Road King. I purchased this bike from my uncle that I thought purchased it new at your Broad St. location. My bike was running horribly and constantly slipping out of first gear into neutral. I was expecting to be told I needed a new transmission or at least a new clutch. As far as the motor I had no idea what could be wrong. My uncle told me it always ran that way but it didn't sound like other Harley's. Constantly staling and running rough. I had taken it to another place and was told it was an engine programmer that was bad. Your shop wanted to look into before they just changed something. After your mechanic Mark looked it over and repaired some fuel hoses with holes in them. The bike was still running rough. Then he just unplugged the external engine programmer an it ran perfectly! Now I would imagine any other shop would just put it back together and call it done but Mark wanted to know why it was working that way just in case it was doing damage to the engine. It should't run without the programmer, I was told. The girl that worked at the front desk then requested service records from all the local Harley Davidson dealerships to find if and answer could be found there. After looking through a stack of paperwork one line item looked out of place. Turns out what happened was when the bike was new at another dealership before it was sold to its original owner it had some upgrades. Including upgraded exhaust pipes and air intake. Back then it was common to reprogram the original engine computer. Well what happened was my uncle purchased the bike and had a different set of exhaust pipes installed it was assumed the bike needed an external programmer because that is how it was done at that time. The original altered computer and external computer were just working against each other!! The clutch, it turns out just needed a simple adjustment! The bike runs great now! I honestly believe that no other shop would have went through all of that to not only fix the problem but to find out why it was a problem. It also made me realize why it is important to have service done at the dealer. They meticulously document everything they do and like masters at the Citadel they can recall that information if it is needed for future repairs. Even if like in my case it was 15 years!! I want to say Thank You to anyone that had any part in repairing my bike.
