Steve and his team recently replaced the roof on our new house (complete tear off). His quote was by far the best we had received. Our roof was being paid for through the lending company as part of our mortgage which required Steve to complete additional paperwork and wait for payment. We also asked Steve to add/change things after we received the bid. He was very accommodating each time something new came up (paperwork, changes, etc).

We have utilized Magnus Construction for several roofing projects in the last couple years and have been very happy with their professionalism, unlike many subcontractors. Steve Lawrence (Mangus Construction) was recommended by our realtor, who also has had a lot of work done by Steve. Steve met us at the home on time and gave a thorough inspection of the roof. He was friendly, courteous, and just seemed like a very nice guy. Steve and his crew were able to get our roof completed quickly, in order to meet our closing date. The crew was very thorough- they replaced some plywood on the roof that had some rain damage, and were also able to replace a few missing corners on the old aluminum siding. They also cleaned up before they left. Steve also repaired a few gutters at no extra charge. We are thrilled with the way our new roof looks! I would definitely recommend Steve (Magnus Construction) and would use him again.
In addition to the professionalism Steve showed, the roof was done in one day and it looks great. He explained everything to me as the guys were working on the roof so that I understood the products they were using and exactly what they were doing to our home.
